About Me

Born July the 20th of 1987 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Raised in Port Huron, Michigan. The youngest of 4 siblings. Two sisters and one brother. Hockey has been a huge part of my life. I’ve taken a lot of life’s lessons from my experiences. Some of my experiences have turned into my strengths. Working as a part of a team has allowed me to thrive in a team setting. The excessive training and preparation allowed me to gain a good sense of commitment to my dream and goals. Always working on myself as a designer and as a team advocate. I am continually looking for new things to do and learn allowing me to grow as a designer and as an individual. I have an extensive list of hobbies so I’ll only list my top five. 1. Art and Design 2. Music 3. Traveling 4. Hockey 5. Snowboarding. I recently married my beautiful wife Brittney, who is a hair stylist and brings a lot of artistic values to my daily life. We have two dogs that pretty much run our life’s outside of our workplace. We are excited to start new journeys and ventures together.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and read a little about me. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone.

Volunteer Graphic Design Work

Volunteering has always been a priority for me. While I don’t actively seek out opportunities for pro bono graphic design work, I’m always eager to lend a hand whenever possible.

As an alum of Oakland University, I felt compelled to offer my skills to fill a gap I noticed within the hockey team. For the Oakland University Men’s Hockey team, I’ve crafted player posters, schedules, and various other materials.

The majority of my volunteer work revolves around close friends and family. I firmly believe that extending a helping hand whenever possible fosters valuable connections and opens doors for future opportunities.

As Aaron Draplin wisely puts it, “Do good work for good people.”

Commissioned Paintings

Creating commissioned paintings is both a source of enjoyment and a fun personal challenge for me. Typically, I work with acrylics on wood panels, relishing the diverse subject matter that each piece presents. One particularly memorable project involved collaborating on the customized coolers. These custom coolers were meticulously crafted by hand, with their tops adorned by my painted designs, tailored to suit the preferences of individuals and businesses alike. Additionally, I’ve explored the realm of dog portraiture, leveraging my own techniques to cultivate a distinctive style. Below, I’ve included an example of some of the commissioned work I’ve undertaken in the past.
